General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website joudaia.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by [JOUDAÏA / Full company name] , [Legal form] , with a capital of [€] , registered office: [full address] , registered with the RCS under number [SIREN/SIRET] , intra-community VAT: [VAT number] . The Customer declares having read the Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation before validating their order. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products hair products marketed by JOUDAÏA to the consumer customer.
2. Price
- Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges which are displayed at the time of payment.
- For any delivery outside the EU, the Customer is the importer and bears any applicable duties and taxes.
- JOUDAÏA may change its prices at any time; the order is billed at the rate in effect at the time of its registration.
- Retention of title: the products remain the property of JOUDAÏA until full payment.
3. Order
- Process: add to cart → identification → address → delivery → payment → confirmation.
- Clicking on " Confirm payment " constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and formation of the contract.
- The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided (address, email, telephone). Any error may result in costs/delays at their expense.
- JOUDAÏA reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior payment dispute or suspicion of fraud.
- Confirmation emails and payment logs (Shopify/PSP) serve as proof of the transaction.
4. Availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability after ordering, JOUDAÏA will offer a refund or an equivalent product (at the Customer's choice).
5. Delivery
5.1 Methods and deadlines
Shipping via [Colissimo / Chronopost / Mondial Relay / Other] . Estimated delivery times (excluding Sundays and public holidays):
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days (depending on carrier).
- EU: 3 to 7 working days.
- International: 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are indicative. JOUDAÏA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs formalities.
5.2 Reception
- Upon receipt, the Customer checks the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person/collection point.
- In case of an anomaly (damaged package, missing/damaged product): State your reservations, take photos and contact customer service within 24–72 hours : contact@joudaia.com .
5.3 Delay / Loss
Any unusual delay or suspected lost package must be reported within 24–72 hours . A carrier investigation can take up to 21 days . If the package is declared lost: reshipment (subject to stock) or full refund.
5.4 Unclaimed packages / incorrect address
- Package not claimed within the carrier's time frame: return to sender.
- In the event of a refund, return shipping costs (e.g., carrier amount) may be deducted. For reshipment, new shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.
6. Payment
Payment in euros, at the time of order, via bank card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal or other methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by [PSP / Shopify Payments / PayPal] . Bank details do not pass through our servers.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
- In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason .
- Hygiene exceptions: opened/unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned (art. L221-28).
- Items must be returned new, unopened , in their original packaging, with any gifts/samples.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error by JOUDAÏA.
- Refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of returned products (same payment method).

8. Defective products / preparation errors
In the event of a defective item or preparation error, the Customer must contact Customer Service within 24–72 hours with supporting photos/videos. After validation, JOUDAÏA proceeds with an exchange, a return of the missing part or a refund.
9. Legal Guarantees
- Conformity (L217-3 to L217-20 C. conso) : the seller is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
- Hidden defects (1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) : the Client may take action for hidden defects within 2 years of the discovery of the defect.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, visuals, logos, trademarks and photographs on the Site are protected by intellectual property law. and are the exclusive property of JOUDAÏA or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
11. Responsibility
- JOUDAÏA cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the products.
- No liability can be incurred in cases of force majeure (strikes, network failures, natural disasters, etc.).
- The usage recommendations (skin tests, precautions) must be followed. In case of a reaction, discontinue use and consult a professional.
12. Personal Data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy . The Customer has rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation, portability) via contact@joudaia.com .
13. Consumer mediation
After first contacting customer service in writing, the Customer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator free of charge:

15. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction. without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
